Creative Cooks recruits a chef

Here at Creative Cooks we have enlisted the assistance of a chef in order to help us develop and test some of the recipes listed in this site and with our new product development.
James Moulson can boast having held positions at Claridges and the cruise ship QE2 in his career, as well as having had his own restaurant. James now has his own catering and consulting companies. In addition to catering for weddings, outside events and currently at the Stella Artois tennis tournament, he helps develop some of the foods that appear in High Street retailers.
Here at Creative Cooks we are mad about good food, but some of us run out of cooking talent long before we run out of enthusiasm. Thankfully we now have James to help bring a professional outlook to the team.
