The Haricot Bean is also known as the White Bean or Boston Navy Bean and is the variety used in baked beans.

Epicure Haricot Beans are great for use in bean salads, soups, stews and casseroles. They are widely used in French cuisine, such as cassoulet and lamb dishes.
