Mediterranean Bean Mix is pre-cooked and can be seasoned and served hot or cold as a bean salad or is great as an ingredient in soups, stews and casseroles. Consisting of cannellini beans, borlotti beans, broad beans, lentils, chick peas, celery, onion, extra virgin olive oil, salt and water.  Mediterranean Bean Mix counts towards your 5-a-day.

Available from Sainsbury's, Waitrose and leading independents.

Once opened, treat as fresh.  Transfer to a non-metallic sealable container and store in the fridge for a maximum of 2 days.
