During cooking, the holes allow for excess steam to be released, minimising the risk of boil-overs, when turned away from the pouring lip, the level of steam escaping is reduced.

Select Stainless Steel has a fully encapsulated, friction bonded base with an aluminium core and stainless steel protector, which ensures even heat distribution and eliminates 'hot spots.
