Use to add depth of flavour to sauces for fish and white meats. Aslo great in salad dressings or used to make Hollandaise sauce.

Why not try combining with double cream, finely chopped and sauteed shallots and garlic, roughly chopped parsley, bay leaves, and a little butter for a twist on mariniere sauce.
