This simple recipe produces a rich and intense ice cream that is great on its own or as an accompaniment.

Cooking Instructions:
Pulse the fruit in a blender, retaining some small fruit chunks in the mixture.
Combine fruit with remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Place mixture into a freezable container and place in freezer
After two hours remove and with a fork stir mixture it up again
Return to freezer and repeat this step once more after one hour
Serve with fresh fruit of your choice.

Made with fresh fruit, went down a treat!
500g thick natural yogurt
1 tin Raspberries, Summer Fruits, Mango Slices or peaches, drained
50ml lime or lemon juice
250g caster sugar
