Celery and Chestnut Soup

Cooking Instructions:
Peel and cut the celery in small pieces
Put these in a casserole dish, cover them with a mix of half water and half milk.
On a high heat, bring the mixture to the boil then turn down the heat to a gentle simmer.
Simmer until celery is cooked.
Add the chestnuts. If it's too dry add a little more milk.
Simmer gently for a further 10 minutes.
Blend into a smooth consistency.
Serve with a dash of cream.

400g of chestnuts
Milk
Water
Salt & pepper
Double cream
