Butter tin
crush biscuits add melted butter and place in bottom of tin pressed down
mix mascapone/cream cheese/icing sugar and vanilla together
whip cream then add to cheese mix
smooth over biscuit base and leave to chill
take 1/4 soft fruit and place into pan with sugar to taste and slow cook till well done.
Pass thru fine sive then mix gently with uncooked fruit,
Take cheese cake out of tin place onto serving dish then top with fruit mix

280ml double cream
