Pork and stilton stuffed pasta shells with Porcini mushroom sauce

Cooking Instructions:
Place the porcini to soak in the glass of white wine.
Prepare a pan of water for pasta and cook to instructions.
Fry onions till soft, add pork and cook for a good 10mins then add sage the stilton. Cook over a very gentle heat (you may need to spash on a little water) stiring occasionally.
When the stilton is combined take of the heat.
Once pasta is cooked drain and then with small teaspoon place pork mix into shells of pasta, be carful the pasta is not too hot.

Sauce
Fry mushrooms in a little butte,r add wine and porcini and gently simmer. Add cream, cream cheese, and rest of stilton bring to a gentel bubble then pour over pasta.

Serve with crisp green salad.
Ingredients:
200g mince pork
1 med onion fine chopped
Handful fine chopped sage leaves
50g dried Porcini mushrooms
4 flat mushrooms sliced
Glass white wine
250g pack stilton
280ml double cream
250g cream cheese
500g Conchiglioni rigati pasta
