Place oil, garlic and onion in large saucepan and fry to a golden brown. Add mince to saucepan and brown. Drain off any excess fat. Add spices to taste and continue to fry on a low heat for 2 mins. Add tomatoes and allow to simmer for 20 mins. Meanwhile grate carrots, cheese and shred lettuce. Boil eggs and dice.
Heat the pittas in the over for 3 mins or until crisp then carefully slice longways and fill with a layer of lettuce then carrots then sauce then cheese and then finally eggs.

3 x cloves of garlic - chopped
1 teaspoon of olive oil
400g lean steak mince
2 tins of EPICURE tomatoes with herbs
3 tsps of chilli powder (to taste)
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp cumin
8 Large pittas
100g of Cheese
200g of Lettuce shredded
2 grated carrots
4 boiled eggs Equipment:
