Cooking Instructions:
Slice toms in half and place in bowl with glug of olive oil, sprinkle of sugar, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and mix well.
Place on baking tray and roast in a moderate oven for 20mins.
Meanwhile cook pasta to instructions.
A few mins before the end of cooking the pasta add the frozen peas.
Drain pasta and peas place in bowl with roasted toms on top with chopped mint and lashings of parmasan
Serve with crisp green salad

125g spaghetti
5 cherry toms
clove garlic
good handfull frozen peas
fresh chopped mint leaves
loads of fresh grated parmasan
salt pepper
