Braise lamb until outside is cooked.
Chop carrot in large chunks and celery in tiny slices. Add lentils veg plus crushed garlic and ginger, 2 pints water with teaspoon of Marigold veg stock powder and leave to cook for 2 hours on low heat in oven 180 degs. Add allspice and check to see if meat is tender.
Once cooked serve.
