Cooking Instructions:
Cut meat up into medium size chunks, chop carrots, onion and apples.

Saute meat and veg in 1tbl oil for 5 minutes in large pan, add in flour and mustard. Cook for another 3 minutes.

Add in vegetable stock and apple juice and bay leaf.

Transfer all to a casserole dish and add chopped apples, salt and pepper.

Cook in oven for about 2 hours.

Serve with mashed potatoes
Ingredients:
4 pork loin steaks
1 onion
2 carrots
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 bay leaf
1 pt vegetable stock
100 ml apple juice
2-3 eating apples
salt and pepper
1-2 tbls flour
1 tbls oil for frying
