Cooking Instructions:
Boil peeled and cubed potatoes for 10min or until soft.
Pre heat oven to gas mark 5.
Chop sausages and bacon into managable pieces and fry with Mushrooms as you would for a fry up. Once cooked remove and add to pie dish leaving fat in frying pan.

Drain Poatatoes and add to frying pan along with onions, cook until browned then transfer into large pie dish, mix ingredients together, sprinkle with salt and cover with short crust pasty.

Mix egg and a splash of milk together and brush over pastry. Place in oven gas mark 5 for-around 30 minutes

Nice with brown sauce or tomato
Also nice with a glass of beer/lager/cider

1lb sausage
6 bacon rashers
1/4 lb mushrooms
2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed.
1 medium onion
onion salt
Ready to roll puff pastry 250g
1 egg
milk
