Cooking Instructions:
Boil Rice following instructions on pack.

Saute the mushrooms and onion in butter in a frying pan until soft.

Drain rice, rinsing with boiling water.

Stir rice, soy sauce, salt and pepper, then add mushrooms and onions stiring through evenly.

Serve warm as a side dish, great with chicken.

Tip: Double ingrediants amount for enough for 4.
Ingredients:
50g Mixed mushrooms (Porcini, Oyster and shiitake)
1 medium onion, diced
25g butter
150g uncooked white rice
Soy sauce, to taste
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 onion, diced
