Chinese Style Spicy Beef

Cooking Instructions:
Put all beef ingredients in to a bowl and mix, leave while you do the sauce.
To make the sauce, put all ingredients into a pan and simmer for about 10-15 minutes until it reduces by about 1/2 the quantity.
Heat wok with couple of tbls of oil, when hot add the beef and stir fry for about 5 minutes or until beef is cooked.
Finally add the reduced sauce to the wok with the beef just for a minute or so.
Serve with rice

Ingredients:
2 Sirloin steaks-sliced into very thin strips
1-2 tbls cornflour
Rind of 1-2 oranges
150 ml rice wine vinegar
150 g sugar (granulated or caster)
1-2 tbls (to taste) Ginger (fresh or puree)
½ tsp (or to taste) Chilli Powder
about 100ml orange juice
3-4 tbls soy sauce Equipment:
Wok
