Cooking Instructions:
Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the dish and distribute it evenly. Place the fish pieces with the skin side down into the dish, season with salt and pepper lightly and pour a bit of milk over the fish so that it is half covered.

Cook the potatoes. When the potatoes are boiling, put the fish into the oven and cook for 20 minutes.

Put the frozen peas into a saucepan and cover them with water. Add a pinch of salt and cook them over medium heat. But do not bring to a boil. When done, remove them from th eheat and drain them. Set side.

Drain the potatoes and let them sit in the saucepan without a lid.

Take the fish out of the oven and drain off the milk and reserve the drained liquid and remove any bits of the dish from the milk.

Using two forks, separate the fish into small bits and remove the skin from the dish.

Distribute the fish evenly in the baking dish.

Put the butter, some salt and pepper to the potatoes, add some of the reserved milk and start mashing the potatoes until smooth and creamy.

Mix the peas into the mash using a fork. Spoon the the mash on top of the fish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.

Place dish back in the oven and cook for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn it around so the cheese will brown evenly
