either make a quantity of custard or buy ready made, allow made custard to cool in the fridge
whip and equal volume of double cream and fold into the custard mix
crumble meringue and raspberrys (fresh are best) into the mix and again fold in
pour into an icecream maker let it do its magic and there u have it! simples!
