Cooking Instructions:
Fry 2 chicken breasts in oil, add lardons, fry for 10 minutes then add mushrooms and frozen peas. Fry for about 5 minutes or longer if chicken breasts are particularly thick.
Add a generous amount (quarter of a bottle) of white wine, and turn heat up to maximum so the alcohol burns at a high heat, this also ensures that the chicken absorbs the alcohol. If the wine boils away before 10 minutes add another generous amount. Meanwhile you need to have the tagliatelle boiling in a separate pan. After a good amount of time of frying in the wine at a high heat, check the chicken is cooked through, add the tagliatelle to the frying pan and add a pot of double cream, stir and simmer for about 3 minutes and serve with garlic bread.
The flavour of the sauce is unbelievable as it really takes on the taste of the lardons and the wine.
