Cooking Instructions:
1.Pre-heat oven to 170ºc/325ºf or Gas 3
2.In a plastic bag add the beef, seasoning, garlic & paprika, mix thoroughly
3.Add some fry light to a large frying pan and heat, add the beef and seal the meat fully
4.Add the mushroom & onions and mix well
5.Add the Worchestshire sauce, tomato puree and wine reduction and cook for about 5 minutes on a simmer
6.Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well, bring to the boil then transfer into a casserole dish
7.Cook for about 1 ½ Hours until meat is tender and sauce has reduced
8.Serve with wild rice

1.5pt of hot beef stock
680g stewing steak: lean
250g button mushrooms
One large onion diced or 8 shallots cut into half
Four cloves of crushed garlic
15g Italian spiced dried herbs
400g crushed tomatoes
30g tomato puree
Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
Seasoning: salt & pepper
10g Paprika
Merlot & fine herb Wine Reduction
Fry light
