1. Grease the sides of the tin with butter and preheat the oven to 180oC.
2.Put the butter and dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water and allow to melt. Set aside to cool slightly once melted.
3. Whisk together the eggs, sugar and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
4. Add the egg mixture to the melted chocolate and combine.
5. Sift in the flour and salt and fold in gently to combine.
6. Add the chopped white chocolate and pour into the baking in. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
7. Remove from the tin and cut into squares. Dust with icing sugar for an extra touch. Best served warm!
