Cooking Instructions:
Melt butter, stir in biscuits crumbs, press into a greased & lined springform tin. Place in fridge to set. Whisk cream to soft peaks & set half aside for piping on later. Add yoghurt to rest of the cream. In another bowl, beat sugar & cream cheese together until soft. Stir in yoghurt & cream mixture. Spoon mixture on top of biscuit base, smooth top & place in fridge to set. Decorate with fruit & pipe on the reserved cream.
