I love creating new, simple, but unusual recipes. No. of Servings:

Cooking Instructions:
Butter 4 ramekins.
Blend everything together, except the egg whites.
Whisk the egg whites & fold into the mixture.
Place in a tray of hot water.
Bake for approx 20 minutes at 200C, until risen or slightly browned on the top.
Serve as a starter, or as a main meal accompaniment.
Delicious, even for sprout haters!
Ingredients:
Knob of butter
4ozs sprouts
I whole seedless Mandarin, plus the juice of a Mandarin
1 tblsp honey
6 walnuts
Dash of cinnamon
Scraping of nutmeg
Glug of brandy
glug of double cream
Seasoning
2 eggs, separated.
Blend everything together, except the egg whites.
Equipment:
Mixer
