I love creating new, simple, but unusual recipes.

Cooking Instructions:
Butter 4 ramekins.

Blend everything together, except the egg whites.

Whisk the egg whites & fold into the mixture.

Place in a tray of hot water.

Bake for approx 20 minutes at 200C, until risen or slightly browned on the top.

Serve as a starter, or as a main meal accompaniment.

Delicious, even for sprout haters!
Ingredients:
Knob of butter
4ozs Sprouts
1 whole seedless Mandarin, plus the juice of a Mandarin
1 tblsp Honey
6 Walnuts
Dash of cinnamon
Scraping of nutmeg
Glug of brandy
glug of double cream
Seasoning
2 eggs, separated.
Blend everything together, except the egg whites.

Mixer
4 Ramekins
Tray of hot water.
