A cleansing and quick consomme type soup with an Eastern European flavour. No. of Servings:

20min(s) Cooking Instructions:
Put water, stock cubes and beetroot cut into Julienne strips into a large enough saucepan and bring to the boil. Then simmer for 20 minutes. Make up to 900ml if needed. Serve with a large spoonful of soured cream, a tablespoon of cucumber and sprinkled with chopped dill.
Serve with Rye bread, (optional)

Not vegetarian even though I left the box as NO Also, addone Tbsp vinagar before serving. Some will use lemon juice and will be OK without any though if you are avaoiding acids.

2 pork stock cubes
small pot of soured cream
1Tbsp chopped dill
1 Inch of cucumber cubed
Boiled wateer from kettle if needed.
