preheat oven to 200 c gas mark 6.
in a large pan, melt the butter, sugar until smooth.
remove from the heat and add the carrots, oats and seeds, stir well. put in the oven for 15 mins.
when cold cut into squares.

3tbsp golden syrup
2tbsp black treacle
225g carrots, grated
350g porridge oats
3tbsp each sunflower seeds Vegetarian
