Cooking Instructions:
Preheat heat oven to 180°C. Fry the chopped bacon until cooked but not crispy.Remove from heat.

Mix the eggs with the flour in a bowl, then add the oil and then little by little the milk contiously mixing until a smooth mixture

Add the grated cheese, bacon, prunes, mix and season to taste.

Grease a 2lb loaf tin and pour the mixture into it and bake for about 45 minutes. Cool the loaf in the pan for about 30 minutes then remove from pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.
Ingredients:
200g self-raising flour
10 ml sunflower oil
15 ml milk
100g grated cheese
150g bacon chopped into small chunks or lardons if possible.
1/2 a tin of Prunes, drained and roughly chopped
2 eggs
Equipment:
2lb loaf tin
