Baileys Orange Chocolate Trifle

My friends love this recipe.
The baileys is optional depending on whether you are serving to kids. Don't forget to allow for over night for the jelly to set. No. of Servings:

Select a suitable dish for your trifle and add the sliced swiss roll. Pour over the baileys and leave to soak for 30min.
Add the mandarin segments to the dish. Then make the jelly as per the packet and pour over the Mandarins in the trifle dish. Allow to set overnight.
Melt 3/4 of the chocolate and pour over jelly.
Make the custard (or use ready made version) and allow to cool slightly and add to the dish on top of the chocolate.
In another bowl whip cream then pour/apply to the top of the trifle.
Grate the remaining chocolate and use to decorate your trifle.

150g dark chocolate
580ml (1pt) custard
1 pot whipping cream
