Cooking Instructions:
Boil some salted water and add a little olive oil to the pan. Add linguine and cook according to pack instructions. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Drain thr crab meat and leave to one side. When the oil is warm add the garlic and allow to heat, not cook, as garlic burns very quickly and will spoil the flavour. Add the chopped chilli and allow to heat through, add the crab, lemon zest and juice and allow to haet through gently. After 3-5 mins add the parsley and stir thoroughly. Drain the pasta and add to the frying pan and stir through. Season to taste and serve.
500g Linguine
2x Tinned White Crab Meat
2 Cloves Garlic
Zest and Juice of 1 Lemon
1 Red Chilli ( dessede if preferred)
2 Tbsps Olive Oil
Handful Fresh Parsley
Salt and Pepper
