A lovely quick recipe, which truely tastes better than shop bought Bounty Bars. Suitable for older children to make with supervision No. of Servings:

Cooking Instructions:
1, melt the broken chocolate and butter in a bain marie over a gentle heat.
2. in a separate bowl, kneed the icing sugar with the coconut, adding enough condensed milk to bind, the mixture shoud be neither to dry or too wet.
3. shape into any shape you prefer and place in the fridge for 15 minutes on a tray covered with baking paper.
4. remove from the fridge, and dip into the melted chocolate.
5. return to fridge until set.
6. enjoy!!!!!
