Cook fussili pasta. Then mix with a tin of chicken soup, a tin of tuna, a teaspoon of mixed herbs and half a teaspoon of ground black pepper.

Put in oven proof dish and top with grated cheese.
Cook for thirty minutes serve with a green salad
