Sesame Crunch Salmon with "oh no Asparagus Wee" Noodles

Make the most of the early asparagus crop with this yummy spicy dish

Cooking Instructions:
1. Pre heat grill to medium heat

2. Brush the top of the salmon fillets with a light coating of sesame oil and generously sprinkle over the sesame seeds so the oiled fish is covered in seeds

3. place the seeded fish under the grill and cook for 10 mins

in the meantime...

4. make a dressing by mixing the honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, juice of the lime chopped chilli and most of the coriander

5. cook the noodles and asparagus tips together for 3 minutes in a pan of boiling slightly salted water

6. drain the noodles and asparagus and toss them with the dressing, divide between 2 bowls and serve with the salmon fillets on top

7. garnish with the last of the coriander and a splash more soy sauce

2 Salmon fillets
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
Sesame seeds (a good sprinkle worth)
Juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp light soy sauce
bunch of fresh coriander
2 packs of straight to wok noodles
1 pack of asparagus tips
1 chilli - red or green chopped finely
1 tsp clear honey
Recommended Wine:
White : Any White Wine
