Roasted Butternut Squash with Lebanese Spices

Pre heat the oven to 180oc.
In a large bowl place the butternut squash wedges, olive oil, Lebanese paste, salt and pepper and mix well ensuring all the squash is coated evenly.
Place a shallow roasting/baking tray in the oven and pre-heat for approximately 5 minutes then place the coated squash on to the hot roasting/ baking tray and cook for 20 ? 25 minutes or until the squash is crisp, golden brown and soft to touch.
Now place the roasted squash in a piping hot dish/plate and garnish with the sour cream, cayenne and coriander leaves.
