Crush the bicuits and add the melted butter and bind until fully coated then line the base of your cake tin and press down firmly and then store in fridge.
Mix together the condensed milk and mascapone cheese then add small amount of doubble cheese and your leamon juise, put to one side, blend half your strawberries with the suger and then combine with your filling and spread over your busict base, with the remainding strawberries decorate the top of your cheese cake.
