Blacksticks Blue and Watercress Soup

This recipe uses my all-time favourite cheese, Blacksticks Blue (and it's quick and easy - bonus!) No. of Servings:

Cooking Instructions:
Heat the oil and gently fry the onion for 5 minutes until soft and transparent.
Add the stock, milk, Blacksticks Blue, and watercress then simmer very gently for 5 mins, stirring frequently. Add salt and pepper if required.
Liquidize and serve with warm crusty baguette. Enjoy!
