2 oz butter, 2 oz sugar in a bowl- beat.
Add juice of 1/2 orange and zest.
Add 1 beaten egg and tablespoon of SR Flour- beat
Fold in 4oz of SR Flour.
Put mixture into greased bread tin.
Cook for 12-15 minutes Gas 7

On hob melt 2oz butter and 2oz sugar. Add juice and zest of 1/2orange.
When bubbling add 2 bananas sliced and cook for 10 minutes.

take cake out of the oven. Place on plate and pour over the banana syrup mixture.

Allow to cool for 5 minutes and slice and serve with vanilla icecream or cream.
