Cooking Instructions:
Peel the potatoes and boil for twenty minutes. Fry the sausages in a pan until brown and then cut into thirds. Slice the leeks and add to the sausages. Leave to cook for five minutes. Add the flour and milk to the sausages and leeks and leave until sauce slightly thickens (around five minutes). When the sauce has thickened transfer the ingredents to an ovenproof dish, slice the potatoes and layer on top, cover with a layer of cheese. Put in the oven until golden.

12 sausages
4 leeks
6 medium potatoes
50g flour
200g semi skimmed milk
100g grated cheese
