Baked artichoke and parmesan dip
Submitted By:jayney121
Background Info:
I picked up this recipe from a friend when I was living in Bermuda - she brought it to every party she went to and it was a huge hit! However, she would never disclose the recipe. Eventually when I left Bermuda to live in the U.K she relented and gave me the recipe No. of Servings:

Cooking Instructions:
This is the easiest recipe you will ever find.
Combine one tin of drained Epicure artichoke hearts with one cup of mayonnaise and one cup of parmesan. Mash it into a paste and scoop it into a shallow flan type dish and smotth over.
Bake in a low oven - 140 for one half hour or check until it is brown on top.
Serve with crusty bread or bread stick - pure heaven. Even people who profess to not like artichokes have begged me for the recipe!
