Mix the sauce ingredints together.

Cook the spare ribs on the BBQ. Half way through the cooking time brush the BBQ sauce all over the ribs. Continue basting and continue unitil ribs cooked all the way through.

recipe is great but a devil of a job to clean the BBQ afterwards
