De-stalk the strawberries.
Take a third of the strawberries and blend to a puree. Strain the puree to remove seeds.
Cut the remainder of the starwberries into large chunks (no need for the pieces to all be the same size) the more rustic looking the better.
Whip the cream until thick, pour over the puree and gently fold it into the cream - you are trying to get a rippled effect rather than a consistent pink cream.
Break the merinue nests into chunks.
Layer cream, meringue pieces and strawberries in 4 dessert glasses. Repeat until all layering until all ingredients used, ensuring the bowls are topped with strawberry.

600ml double cream
