Cooking Instructions:
Drain the raspberries but reserve the syrup.

Place the raspberries in the base of the trifle dish, then arrange the sponges around the edge of the dish.

Drizzle 2 tbsp of the retained syrup over the sponge, then pour the custard over the top making sure it is level.

Whip the cream until it is thick, then spoon over the custard.

Chill for 30min before serving, sprinkle with chocolate savings for decoration.

425g Custard
300ml Whipping cream
60g Trifle Sponges
