An Alternative to boring old mash No. of Servings:

Boil baby new potatoes for 15-20 in water or a chicken stock
once boiled and soft drain and place back in pan
add 2 table spoons of butter
100ml of milk
zest from one lemon
6 spring onions finely chopped
1 teaspoon of mustard
mash together to a smooth consistancy
return to heat and cook on low heat for 5 mins and stir continuously/or place in a oven dish and bake for 15-20 180c untill crisp ontop
serve and garnish with chives
