Parma Ham Wrapped Asparagus

Hold each spear by the base and bend. It will snap at the point where the woody base ends and the tender stem starts. Discard the woody bases and trim the tender stems with a knife.
Bring about 2 inches of water to the boil in the base of your steamer. Place the trimmed asparagus in the steamer tray and season with a good sprinkle of sea salt.
Steam for 5 minutes, or until completely tender. Remove from the heat.
Divide the asparagus into 4 equal bunches.
Wrap each bunch with 2 slices of the Parma Ham.
Serve.

8 slices Parma Ham
Sea salt Equipment:
Ideally you would use a steamer, but can be done using a colander over a saucepan.
