Cooking Instructions:
Put the bread in the food processor to make breadcrumbs, I tend to save crusts, freeze them and do batches at a time so I always have around.

Add milk to breadcrumbs and leave to soak in the food processor bowl.

Saute the onion for about 5 minutes in the oive oil until soft. Add the garlic and cook for further minute.

Combine all the ingredients together in the food processor. Season if required (I don't for babies)
Chop for further couple of minutes to combine nicely. The mixture should be firm ish so add more breadcrumbs if needed.

Heat oil in a large frying pan, drop mixture by tablespoons in the pan, press down slightly with a wet teaspoon to flatten. I tend to make 3/4 inch thick.

Saute for 2/3 minutes eash side until golden and cooked through.

I pop in a warm oven for 10 minutes whilst cooking the whole batch and to make sure they are cooked through.

Suitable for freezing, I grab a couple out in the morning and by lunch they are defrosted for food on the go cold or pop in the mirco to just take the chill off and warm slightly.
