Cooking Instructions:
1) Melt the butter in a saucepan with 250ml water and bring to boil.

2) Remove from heat, add flour, baking powder and stir until combined to make a thick paste.

3) Add eggs and mix quickly until mix is loose but still holding together.

4) Put in fridge for 2 hours.

5) Prepare a piping bag with thickest nozzle. If you use a smaller nozzle, the bag will burst so be careful!

6) Pipe mixture into small lines about 10cm long.

7) Put piped mix into deep fat fryer in batches of about 5 or 6. Don't do anymore than this or they will stick together.

8) Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.

9) When churros are golden (about 2 mins) remove from fryer and put in cinnamon mix to coat.

10) Melt chocolate and cream in a saucepan over a pan of simmering water to make sauce.

11) Serve!

100g unsalted butter, diced
170g plain flour
¼ tsp baking powder
3 large eggs, beaten
1 tbsp cinnamon
100g golden caster sugar
Sunflower oil for frying if not using deep fat fryer
