Kitchen Sink Wings

Background Info:
Amazing, tasty, fall-off-the-bone chicken wings.
Great as starter, main or party food.

They got the name due to the amount of ingredients and flavorings I combine to get the smack-you-in-the-mouth, can't-stop-eating flavour.
No. of Servings:
6
Preparation time:
3hr(s)
Course:
Main
Cooking time:
1hr(s) 30min(s)
Cooking Instructions:
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl.

Add the chicken wings and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 3 hours, if not longer (over night in fridge would be even better)

Prepare the barbecue for indirect cooking: food should be away from the heat source and the temperature a steady medium heat (150-160°C).

Remove chicken letting excess marninade run off.

Place the wings on the well-oiled, preheated grill and cook, covered, for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes use the left over marinade, glaze the chicken and turn them over.

Cook for another 30 minutes then glaze again.

Turn your barbecue up to high (200°C) and cook the wings, covered, for a further 30 minutes, or until completely cooked through.

Serve either on their own or with egg fried rice and BBQ dip.
