Cooking Instructions:
Put the breadcrumbs, cheese, milk, egg yolks and seasonings into a medium saucepan and stir over a low heat until starts to bubble (do not boil). Then pour into a buttered dish.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff and gradually fold into the mixture.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until risen and golden brown.

Serve with a tomato salad and crispy grilled bacon.
Ingredients:
2 oz breadcrumbs
3/4 oz grated cheese (preferably mature cheddar but any works)
1/2 pint of milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon dry mustard
salt and pepper
Vegetariantick
Recommended Wine:
White : Any White Wine
