Double Chocolate Ice Cream

Cooking Instructions:
Gently warm the condensed milk and plain chocolate in a pan until melted, do not boil.
Allow to cool then stir in vanilla essence and salt.
Whip the cream until it just holds it\'s shape.
Fold the cream into the cooled chocolate mixture.
Freeze until slushy.
Whisk until smooth and fold in the chocolate drops.
Freeze until solid.
Thaw in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving.
6 Fluid Ounces Condensed Milk
4 oz Plain Chocolate
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
A pinch of salt
12 Fluid Ounces Double Cream
4 oz Milk Chocolate Chips
