Background Info:
I\'m always trying healthier versions of family favourites and these tasty burgers really fit the bill! Very quick to prepare and cook and full of flavour! No. of Servings:

Simply, mix all the ingredients in a bowl then divide into 4 equal balls. Flatten each ball into a burger shape approx. 2cm thick. Carefully place the burgers in a preheated nonstick pan on a medium heat (no fat needed in pan). Cook for 6 minutes each side but try not to flip too many times otherwise the burgers split!
Serve with a simple salad. I like mixed leaves (rocket, watercress and spinach), chopped toms, chopped cucumbers, finely chopped spring onions all drizzled with balsamic vinegar.
Ingredients:
450-500g of very lean mince
2 medium tomatoes chopped
1 small, red onion finely chopped
1 clove garlic finely chopped
100g low fat feta cheese chopped into small cubes
50g de-stoned black olives quartered
a splash Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
