Drain and rinse the peas. Add the Chick Peas, Water, garlic, lemon juice, Tahini and half the olive oil to a liquidizer and blend until smooth. Add a little more water if required. Season to taste then chill the mixture. To serve spoon into a bowl and drizzle the remaining olive oil over the top. Sprinkle with Paprika.
To make the dish more spicy try adding a small chilli (chopped and seeds removed) to the liquidizer.

2 tablespoons of Tahini
