Cooking Instructions:
Slice all veg thickly. Boil in salted water or 20mins. Drain well and place in a large overproof dish.

Make the sauce by placing all sauce ingredients into a pan, heat, stirring all the time until thick. Stir in graded cheese

Pour sauce over veg

Make oaty topping by rubbing together all topping ingredients together until like breadcrumbs

sprinkle over top of the sauce.

Bake at 200C or 30 mins

Ingredients:
1 lbPotatoes
1swede/turnip
2 onoins
2 carrots

WHITE SAUCE
1/2 pt milk
1 tablespoon plain flour
1 tablespoon butterr
a little ground pepper
1 tsp english mustard

2oz grated cheddar

OATY TOPPING
4oz rolled oats
4oz plain flour
4 oz butter
